MAIN GOAL
The content on the tourist sites repeats itself. The new traveler is more curious, he needs something different
In order to build an innovative itinerary, the traveler must do his homework. A lot of them.
Forums, communities on social networks, websites for native speakers only... there is no place that gathers all the good tips and recommendations from those who really knows - the locals
Creating a platform that brings together all the recommendations of the locals in order to plan a trip "for the new traveler"

SOLUTION #1
Ensuring users feel secure
FEEDBACK FROM TRAVELERS
we focused on hearing objective opinions, particularly from people who share similar backgrounds (age range, country
of origin, etc.)
The home screen highlights contributions from fellow travelers, featuring photos, comments, and ratings from their local experiences. This allows users to see recommendations through the eyes of others who have been there.
Each profile is tagged with the user’s country of origin, fostering a sense of belonging and the feeling that
"they gets me."
DETAILS AND MORE
When a user uploads a tip, it primarily includes photos of the location to confirm its authenticity, along with essential details that enhance the sense of security for others considering the place.
To address any concerns and add a personal touch, users can also share a funny or personal story from their experience. This approach fosters connection, trust, and a genuine engagement with the information provided.
SOLUTION #2
Eliminating Creepy Vibes
HIGH FIVE?
To initiate a conversation with another user,
a simple "hello" is required.
We opted for a playful, informal "high five" style to keep interactions light and friendly. If the greeting is accepted,
the users can then engage in a conversation and connect further.
GET TO KNOW THE STRANGER
Each user receives a rating based on the quality of their content and the engagement it generates compared
to other users.
The profile page provides detailed information about the user’s ratings
and interactions.
SOLUTION #3
Motivation to act
A user might be a local (Insider) one day and a tourist (Tripper) the next.
We designed a circular interface where each action contributes to achieving their goal. Users are motivated to connect with and follow tips from highly-rated, trusted individuals. To benefit from this, users need to engage actively, which in turn boosts their own rating.
A notification pops up
